Furniture-Quality Bath Cabinetry

Bath Vanities Built Like Furniture

Furniture-quality vanities and powder-room cabinetry — shaped to the stone, the mirror, and the room itself. Never to a stock template. Inset doors, brass hardware, hand-finished surfaces.

The Bath Vanity Deserves the Same Care as the Kitchen

Bath cabinetry is the millwork people stand in front of, in good light, twice a day. The construction, hardware, and finish matter more here than almost anywhere else in the home — and the room rewards the same level of design care as the kitchen.

What We Build

Primary Bath Vanities

Long double-sink vanities, often with a center tower or shared makeup zone, drawer-stack ends, integrated outlets, and integrated lighting. Inset doors with hand-applied finishes; brass, bronze, or nickel hardware in conversation with the plumbing.

Powder Rooms

The powder room is the most-seen bathroom in the home and the most expressive room to design. Standalone furniture-style vanities, custom-cut stone tops, integrated lighting, hand-painted finishes — the room is small enough to do something memorable without overwhelming the home.

Secondary Baths and Kids' Baths

Custom doesn't have to mean precious. Secondary baths get the same construction quality and design thinking, in materials and finishes chosen for the way the room is actually used.

Materials

  • Painted hard maple for inset cabinetry that stays sharp through humidity cycles
  • Walnut, white oak, and rift-cut oak for natural-finish vanities
  • Natural stone tops — marble, quartzite, soapstone
  • Hand-applied finishes — conversion varnish, lacquer, oil
  • Hardware from Armac Martin, Rocky Mountain, Sun Valley Bronze, and similar makers

The Considerations

A bath vanity is a marriage of cabinetry, stone, plumbing, mirror, and lighting. We coordinate all five at the design stage, not after construction, so the final room reads as one designed space rather than five chosen components.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a custom vanity if I'm not doing the whole bathroom?

Yes. We frequently build standalone vanities for clients renovating a bath piece by piece. We coordinate with your contractor on plumbing rough-ins and stone templating.

Do you work with marble countertops in baths?

Yes, and we encourage it. Honed marble is forgiving and ages beautifully in a bath. We specify natural stone with the same care as the cabinetry itself.

What hardware finishes work best in a bath?

Unlacquered brass, polished nickel, and bronze are our most common bath hardware finishes. All age beautifully and pair well with marble, plaster, and traditional plumbing fixtures.
